Claim your AM
That's right, it's time to crawl outta bed just a tad bit early. Starting your day from a proactive instead of reactive position will change your life 4eva. Promise. Need Tips on what to do or how to start your day on the right side of bed? Go here, like rn.
Mediate
Ask anyone in the super-power billionaire club from Oprah to Warren Buffet and "daily meditation" will be at the top of their non-negotiable list. This is a great way to book end your day at the top of the morning and right before lights out. BTW have you made time to think about what your daily non-negotiables are? Don't worry, we can help.
Drink all the H20

We are big BKR fans, but are becoming more and more intrigued with this new, self-cleaning kid on the block, LARQ. A good rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in fluid ounces throughout the day. Try setting a timer to drink 8 ounces every hour. And when it cold outside, cups of hot water with lemon is just as beneficial.
Workout

Make time for OM
The French have a word called flanneur. Translated, it means the art of doing nothing, literally, and it is ESSENTIAL to your well being. Chill on the go-go-go for a few minuets everyday. Sip a cup of coffee without holding your phone. Go meander through your favorite shop just to do it. And ditch your iWatch while you do – you will feel instantly refreshed and omigawd, happy. Is there something you do on the daily that helps you keep your sanity? Tell us in the comments below!
